Subject	What tire size should I get for 17x9 all around on TT?

Message	Got myself a set of 17x9 all around, 40mm offset. I'm thinking about running 255/40, 265/40, or 275/40 all around for the ability to swap front to rear to balance tire wear. I want maximum grip but also know that wider doesn't necessarily yield better handling. What size should I get? Should I go staggered?
